Thank you for a great stay. This place is beautiful and exceptionally comfortable for one night, would recommend. The room is huge and quiet with three beds. The employees are very welcoming and super friendly. Super location, it's set next to the waterfall. They have a lot of meals to choose from, the food is delicious.

During my stay at Hotel Rincon De Puembo, I had an outstanding experience with the customer service. Fabricio Bruzzone, the Customer Service Executive, went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Natalia Andrade, the front desk manager, went out of her way to drive us to the store and assist us with our needs. The staff at the hotel truly goes the extra mile for their guests. The peaceful and tranquil atmosphere of the hotel, along with its beautiful grounds and swimming pool, added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the airport shuttle was reliable and convenient. The hotel also prioritizes safety and security, which was reassuring. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the congested registration area and the location being a bit out of the way, I would highly recommend Hotel Rincon De Puembo, BW Signature Collection. my experience was exceptional.

I had a great stay just outside this city’s airport terminal! The hotel was fairly close, just a 20-minute drive away, and provided 24/7 transportation to and from the airport. The staff was extremely helpful and spoke excellent English. The grounds were beautiful, with lovely gardens and a nice swimming pool. The restaurant was great, with a wonderful breakfast buffet and eggs cooked to order. this hotel exceeded my expectations!

the indoor swimming pool and sauna were pristine, and the swimming pool was the perfect spot to relax. the massage services are top-notch and the spa lounge and steam room are excellent. I enjoyed the sun terrace with sun loungers, and the garden area with beach umbrellas provided a relaxing outdoor experience. the restaurant provided delicious food and the in-room breakfast was fantastic. the private facilities were exceptional and the location is ideal.

the other amenities and services more than made up for this minor issue.

Service is friendly and attentive, and rooms are clean with decent amenities and comfortable bedding. Breakfast is also decently satisfying.

The hotel might make you feel a bit eerie with several guards stationed throughout the premises, making the hotel seem less safe than it is.
